That might be the worst Sebastian Stan likeness, I've ever seen. But "Cold Warrior" might be one of best license dodges I've ever seen, so pros and cons

It's meant to be Bucky, but I'm assuming it's Bucky, in his 60's, after a second life changing accident?

Now, now, I think we have gotten too jaded and skeptical... Maybe it is Bucky's nearly-identical older cousin who received the same sort of injury and technical limb replacement. I think that sounds much more plausible, don't you? And certainly legit.
