We just started October! But it does look very effective and bright. He can provide his own lightsource. And if any one tries to bust his lantern, instant detonation.

The Melva pumpkin has a fairly large hole on the bottom and the Mysterio has that black led peg. It's on there balancing loosely on the shoulders. I guess the light from the led makes it look like it's floating hehe.

Mysterio used to terrify me as a kid, then we got the movie version. I think this is a better use of the figure.

Nice to see others in the hobby getting into the spooky spirit, even if a bit too early in the month for my taste. The glowing light source works great for that pumpkin head, and this particular interpretation actually reminds me of a similar pumpkin-headed junkyard robot-esque kitbash I did for Halloween a couple of years ago:
