I like it a lot. Already have a very similar looking Jurchen (Jin) cavalryman, so I can hardly justify getting another, although this is a more impressive product in its details.

Well, I am far from being an expert on Chinese armor, but before I got my POP Toys Iron Pagoda set (which is much like this one), I did some research. And this is based on and probably quite close to a very heavy cavalry armor used for a while by the Jurchen Jin Dynasty in northern China. Some of the decorative elements might be a little more fanciful.

I know how you feel. It seems when it rains it pours. I lost my computer — costing me $2300 I didn’t have to replace it, have 4 POs currently on imminent arrival which are going to cost another $1000. Yikes!

I can't justify getting it, but I love it anyway.

Lol just paid two invoices from Giantoy for this and the Gothic Knight, only days apart. Going to be an expensive December.

Got my figure today. There's not much to say about since I couldn't find anything wrong at all. The outfit is great, all the accessories are great, the metal lamellar armor looks fantastic. Just a really nice figure. Never ordered anything from Sonder before, might have to keep an eye out for their future stuff after this.

I'm glad it's completely satisfactory. Looks just like the promo.
