Personally, am surprised that AC-Play would be doing up the harvest festival costume, since it wasn't the main plot of the storyline, and was only available in the light novel, and possibly manga as well.

Depending on the budget and price, I might just skip the festival version.

While there's a few discrepancies like,
• footwear (normal hiking boots, not heels)
• Chainmail undershirt (lack thereof)
• The weird black shoulder straps

Overall, it does represent what the character is.

well, festival version might be more attractive to most collectors...I would appreciate if they could at least get the hairstyle right...

And while I appreciate the entire line and the consistent design I really can't get into it. The clothes look so anime and cosplay-y that I can't get over it.

It wasn't a dig at anime or cosplay, though I can see how it might read that way. I appreciate both though.
I just meant to say that it is not what I am looking for in a figure.

I definitely see potential for a semi realistic 1/6 Sailor Saturn in my future though..

Actually, I do kinda agree with Diana, when placed in a realistic body, it does seem more like cosplaying rather than true representation of the character art.

However, if it was actual C.A. preferred, I guess that's where the market of PVC figurines comes in (1/7, 1/8, etc). Or if given enough time, figma scale releases (1/12) possibly...

I guess AC Play did see a market of female characters from such a violent anime, given its plot and context. For me, I do enjoy seeing 1/6 scale of my fav anime characters, which is hard to come by, given that medicom only does those classics, and rarely launches anything these days...

Now, I am trying to see if I could scale down and 3D print the armour parts of goblin slayer, and source for the soft goods, and try to build a 1/6 version of him. After that, maybe 3D print 1/6 goblins too! LOL!

She is certainly cute. And they seem to be getting the clothing pretty accurate. But I agree about the cosplay feel. Anyway, funny that the "vestal" outfit is the overly sexualized one. Someone didn't do their homework again. But that is probably not the fault of AC Play, but the original design.

I don't know why.... but she's extremely kawaii-neh!

The petite body with the figure hugging clothes, kinda brought out the fragile yet innocent feeling of the character, despite being the same body as the archer.

It's a good interpretation, and the cap is a sculpted piece.
