1/6 scale horse armor custom for Skull knight from [Berserk]

*1 more primer - sanding pass
*Head modification for LED + battery box + Switch
*Black paint layer + Silver paint +Top coat
*Leather straps connecting pieces
*New Cloth draping and weathering pass
Done over 2 weekends and now it's complete
*Sorry for quick masking on sides of images. The 1/6 horse and Knight is too big for my photobox. I had to trim out the sides a bit..
The horse in the graphic novel is larger, skinnier... but I had to draw line somewhere to do this.

Damn fine work on many levels. I'm most impressed.

It looks excellent; don't change a thing.

The more realistic proportions of the horse (vs. the drawing from the graphic novel) lend much more credibility to the entire project.

Holy hell, that's beautiful! I'm completely awed. Such a big Berserk fan, and you freakin NAILED IT. The Skull Knight is such a huge figure, and the horse still looks perfectly scaled. Incredible man.

I’d stick with other Berserk figures. That would be appropriately bad-ass.

Full disclosure,
I DO have a small black pug and she DOES have to endure costuming at times, but t I found this on the net. It is not my creation.
Anything that inspires 1/6 ideas is all good, IMHO!
