I think it looks great. I'm glad they went with two head sculpts. Not light on accessories either, and the baseball bat and the bag are my favorites.

To my eyes, it's way too much of a pure unforgivable clone/ripoff of the Hot Toys Punisher sculpt from the War Machine version (Future Fight). It isn't as if they were both coincidentally working from the same actor, or even the same exact comic book reference -- there's no excuse or explanation, except that they wanted to clone the exact Hot Toys sculpt and port it over to a more general non-armored "normal" Punisher.

And technically I wouldn't say they went with two headsculpts, as I think it's just the same sculpt twice only with face paint. Which is an idea they probably got from the alteernate head to the Sideshow Premium Format figure, since the Punisher comics seldom did anything like this. And they spaced the black/white lines funny, so it looks more skrull than skull.

Their paintwork on the head looks way way better than HT's.
Good thing they didn't clone the scars and the horrible spit curl!

I agree, MBAM, i also saw skrull rather than skull, probably because they didn't paint the skull cheeks correctly like the Sideshow Premium Format.

I wonder if that's a new muscle body. I was thinking maybe a Worldbox AT027 but the forearms look different.
