So many of these “art-inspired” sets don’t translate well to reality. The head is pretty (minus the flower eye patch), the rest is … meh.

Thanks for the explanation, Valentin. I was relieved the flower is not a permanent feature, on principle. But, like Mark said, these often do not translate well into the 3D form of sixth scale action figures. For one thing, it often feels like a cosplayer or someone dressed up for Halloween (I suppose there is a reason Super Duck has a whole cosplay series); for another, looking at the video clip, somehow the VSToys version ended up with an even more anime look than what we see there.
