Major cringe at the tack fitting but at the actual horse!

I was going to say this looks rather good (although I'm sure the gold version is fantasy). Glad to see Christine likes the horse too.

Found this while looking up the Akhal Teke:

I saw them on small pics first and had been looking forward to what turned out to be the golden one.
Thought it was some nice beige/cremish/light brownish colour with maybe some „‚freckles“ - but why the heck would you paint a horse golden????
well, hopefully money saved… I will try not to order the brown one instead

Oh, I missed this post earlier. The 'gold' horse looks like an attempt at a shiny cremello (like the Akhal-Teke Diana posted). They went a little too far into 'Barbie horse' territory there, though.

And yes, the tack is awful. But wasn't there recently another listing for a military equestrian set that used this same horse model? That one, if I recall, had much better tack.
