I don't get surprised often - Hot Toys managed to do it with their release of the Batman Forever pair of figures. My review is here:

or you can find it in the usual spot:

Thanks for reading!

Fair review, Michael. I agree with your assessments of both the film and the figures completely. The nipples and cod piece issues were things that bugged me even while watching the movie. Had no interest in these figures due to how much this movie and the next sucked so bad.

Thanks for the review. Informative, beautifully illustrated, and fair as always. This time, even funny! Poor Robin. The likenesses despite the masked heads are excellent. I wish they had provided unmasked heads too, but it's all about charging more for giving us less. Too bad about the articulation. I mean, these are a dynamic duo, and they should articulate. Maybe one day a third party would have the initiative to create more elastic cloth (or whatever) versions of the outfits.

Good review. These two are not really my Batman and Robin
Those that are interested, i'd have thought Hot Toys would have sold them as a double pack. I cannot imagine why anyone would want to own one and not the other?

Even although i was not born back then, my favourite Batman and Robin is from 1968 the TV series. I would like to see Hot Toys re_release the pair.

My favourite Batman over all is, Christian Bale

These are such weird figures. The heads look ok for what they are, but the bodies look so strange....they just look like plastic action figures, basically.

Ignoring current 'official' Star Wars content for my own sanity.

To some degree, that is how the actors outfits were made to look, plastic.
Val Kilmer's mouth area looks great.
