I have no idea what this figure is based on -- going by the title, I was expecting to see the rich guy from the board game -- but I like it a lot, other than the clunky heavy plastic molded hat.

I take it that ZeroDelta knows the source material. I feel so out of the loop!

Yeah, the identification is correct and the likeness is there. Once in a while "third-party" products get flagged for copyright infringement (which has a point, but is hardly applicable here as we are neither selling nor advertising), so discretion might be the better part of valor.
