A drum magazine for a pistol? That's pretty cool! Are such things available in the civilian market?

A quick online search indicates that yes, there are such things, and available for about the price of a basic TBLeague body!

The reason Operators use drum mags for the Glock is the Glock 18, that variant is full automatic and the standard 25 round mag is then not enough if you go full CQB.
