Items will overtime come into stock (there are select items in stock now for example) but we do not carry lots and lots of excess inventory - order numbers are very much based on pre-orders collected with a few additional, if any, in some cases.
We highly recommend placing a Pre-Order for an item you are interested in to guarantee supply or after the release of an item the price could increase to reflect a change in market price(s) if applicable.

I’ve read several of them as well. A couple of the latest I found interesting were the “Hot Toys Figures We Need to See Made” and “Sixth Scale Figures Upgrades...”

I rarely upgrade my figures, but I have bought new iterations of characters I’ve liked (but that doesn’t mean I get rid of the original one). The number of times I read posts by collectors who buy every new iteration and sell the earlier is alarming to me, and seems like someone with either a compulsion or just another bandwagon jumper.

I agree on many of the figures that need to get made, like Lando, Indy (done right for a change), Returns Catwoman and Mantis. Flash from the TV show — no thanks.

Apart from some Stormtroopers and the like, the only new iteration of a character made by HT that I have allowed myself to purchase is the second Star-Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy. That said, I have "reconstituted" some new iterations -- for example some of the later Thors or Lukes -- picking up the most relevant pieces and bashing them into what the character is supposed to look like. But collecting every single new iteration as a complete set seems an excessive expense to me, even if they were lines I were interested in. Of course that is not what HT or a reseller wants to hear...

I agree about third party figures, as well. The Cable/Brolin figure that came out recently looks fantastic (as good as anything HT can do), so I see no need to see something like that done for an extra $100-150 when I already have him. And, yeah, TV Flash has already been done fairly decently. I've seen some of the bootleg Catwoman figures, and they aren't bad. I think if anything, they need a better female body to make them look more like Pfeiffer (sure she was skinny, but the overall effect of some of the bootlegs is she looks like a stick figure -- that might be due to the material used for the outfit, or it could be a combination -- but either way, not even reasonable hips).

Buying extra parts for figures is something I can get behind, as well. I bought Sideshow's Maul figure as an example, but it didn't come with a robe (so I got one loose on the Bay), and it definitely adds to the character (especially being able to have the hood over his head for that mysterious look). But I don't normally see any point in getting an entirely new figure just because it comes with an extra bauble or two. I've never been a completist in the regard of buying an entire line. I couldn't even imagine trying to get every single new figure from an Marvel movie -- that just seems insane to me (like buying every single IM armour -- one is sufficient).
