Ah, the "New 52" Superman.

Looks pretty cool.

I agree, a tad stylized for my taste, but looks nicely done.

I don't like the design at all and I know some of it goes back to the source material, which I just looked up.

This figure has a weirdly boyish face on a hyper masculine bone structure. The source material doesn't look so brutish.

Hate the metallic sheen on the suit and the way the cape (neatly folded) attaches. Looks cheap.

Those lines on the suit are just ridiculous to me, but still better than just painting them on, and it's true to the source, sadly. Cause all superheroes now need lines on their suits.

I also don't like the jointed body underneath, but there is probably a TBL cure for that.

Indeed, a lot of this goes back to the source material. But the choice to use a hard plastic open-jointed body was indeed poor. The joints are especially obvious on the knees. Definitely an example where a fully-covered-up look still needs a seamless body.
