This one's a really great and affordable Godzilla from Hiya Toys. It's a lot bigger in scale than the usual Monsterarts brand Godzilla, and it's much cheaper as well (it's Hiya Toys $51 msrp vs Monsterarts $70 msrp, after market price around $150 and higher). Articulation is decent, can do all sorts of Godzilla movements, but not as articulated as the Monsterarts version that can do kung fu moves which Godzilla doesn't really need to do. Paint is great on Hiya Toys Godzilla as well, very clean. As to why it's called "Re-Evolved", I have no idea. It probably has to be "Pre-Evolved" because this was Godzilla's basic form before he evolves into the lean and pink Godzilla in the later part of the movie.
In my personal opinion, anyone late to the Godzilla collecting game who wants decently articulated Godzilla toys should give Hiya Toys a try. Much cheaper than Monsterarts, but definitely just as beautiful (sometimes even more beautiful) and they're also very good with posability.
Hiya Toys are also going to make the Japanese Godzillas and enemies from different eras, so that's also something to look forward to.
