DAMTOYS officially launches, from 20th Century Fox production, an Ubisoft classic game adaptation, movie "Assassin's Creed", Aguilar 1/6th scale Collectible Figure

In the Assassin’s Creed movie, the protagonist Aguilar was portrayed by famous actor Michael Fassbender. Damtoys has therefore specially chosen to use a 31cm tall, highly poseable body, based on the character’s build and body proportion. At the same time, the Damtoys production team has perfectly created a complete 1/6-scale set of movie costumes, with movie-accurate textures, patterns, elements and antique finishing, allowing players to display the Assassins in their classic dynamic poses.

Skillfully and meticulously crafted by our professional head sculptor, the head sculpt of this figure details the facial contours of Michael Fassbender in his role as Assassin. With his unruly hair, thick beard and facial tattoo, it vividly captures the character’s demeanor. Weird. Is anyone else having a hard time with the pictures? Sometimes I can’t see them at all (and I’m the one that loaded them!!)

The promotional photos are quite large and numerous, so they take a long time to load (they seem to load collectively and display all at once -- hence the extra delay?).

Ahhh... I wonder if I should shrink them down some more...?

Wouldn't that be a lot of work? You are welcome to try, of course, but it might make you sick of posting them pretty soon. Maybe just put a "Images take a while to load" disclaimer at the very top of the thread.

I wasn’t a fan of the movie. But then I never played the games, so not sure if it made more sense to those that have. Overall, however, I am really impressed with the amazing amount of detail that went into the outfit on this one. My only gripe.... why sculpted long hair? It will look goofy if you turn his head.

I've never played the game and didn't care much for the movie, but I still think it is a cool set.

Man, the outfit and accessories all look great! But I agree with you guys above, why the sculpted hair? The head otherwise looks great too.

The game franchise is a lot of fun, but still haven't gotten around to the movie. I'm a little surprised DAM is doing this, since I didn't think the film did that well. But like you guys said, the figure just looks cool as hell, regardless of the source material.

Overall, the game series are good (with a couple that could have been better).

The film sucked @$$ in terms of execution, plot, and casting.

I'm not feeling it with this figure.

Personally, I'd prefer a female interpretation of the character (don't I always?).

Suggested MSRP = $218.78 US

The clothing and accessories are phenomenal, but I'm really not seeing Fassbender in that sculpt at all. If anything I see Robert Carlyle!

I absolutely adore the games, but I was a bit underwhelmed by the film. It felt like they were trying too hard with the visuals instead of concentrating on the core plotline.

At that price it's a hard no from me, which is a pity as I'd love to have it and the HT Ezio from a few years back. (I'm still kicking myself I didn't buy him from my local comic book shop when they still had him! )

Oh, Yes.... True. Actors are really good in change their appearance for movies. But i think one of Fassbenders Characteristics are his clear blue eys

I'm a big fan of the games, so I much more wait for DAM's take at "assassin's creed blackflag" character than this one, cause I too found the movie very poor compared to the material offered by the franchise... It's still a very beautiful figure, and it fits both the movie and the game ambiance, but that price... DAMned!
