Not too bad, but I think something is off in the likeness.

1/12 is coming along from the old days of barely even looking like the character at all but this one looks like he had a bad night's sleep and his face is all swollen.  

That said, like TVs, the resolution keeps getting better (though the price to size ratio is not to scale).  1/12 is half the size of 1/6 but only 1/3 the price (non "Artisan" figures).  

I love this scale! And the figure looks great, but I agree that the head looks off in likeness and size.
