Not sure of the source, but quite a couple peculiar looking fellas

i also have no idea who they are, but they look like they are quite old, possibly 80s or 90s?
they look like they are from one of those "zany" actioners from those times?
but yeah no idea at all?

Fine sets, I imagine good representations of their source material. But I also confess thinking that this was a cross between Chinese mythistorical fiction and Star Trek!

it appears they are from journey to the west. not sure which version, ive seen a LOT but not all, and obviously not this one hahaha.
kind of makes sense with all the sun wu kong kerfuffle at the moment
