There's almost too much detail here to take in at a single look through, but the standouts as others have said are the skateboarding shots, just incredibly executed!!!
I loved how there was this sort of shadowy situation behind the scenes, and Koda finishing off the would-be assassin, followed by the little rendezvous with Alice. So sweet. <3
The other part that totally delighted me was when Laurelai floated execitedly over to Corbin, so adorable! When they embraced I was singing in my head 'If you have ghosts, you have everything...' :')
Thank you so much!!! I love hearing that I manage to get all of that across with body language! It's always what I'm going for, but I never stop being thrilled to hear it comes across. I was so happy the skateboarding worked out so well, and now that I have the trick down to midair shots, I plan to make the most of it.
It's almost hard to guess who the assassin was there for, considering the way they all make enemies. Koda might have been better off asking a few questions, but he's a bit impulsive some times, and the "why" wasn't really something he was that interested in. And I so enjoy playing with their awkward relationship, the tension between them.
And it was so fun to really play up Lorelei's spectral nature. She has such a crush on Corbin, and has gotten bolder in her afterlife then she ever was alive. Making the most of 2nd chances. And I had never heard that song, but looked it up, and love it!!!

Thank you!!!! So glad you enjoyed! I wish i could remember what Jeff (with the red hair) started out as. I believe he was from a parted out WWII figure I grabbed loose. He has a great look, right? Koda (with the white hair) started out with this monk head, and I repainted the eyes and gave him some hair.
If you google "1/6 scale monk head" you'll find a bunch of variations of it.

You know, I had intended for there to be a bit of a wistful feeling to the title, the way the changing of seasons always has, especially the end of summer. But now that you mentioned it, things are about to change for the characters, so it becomes especially fitting!

Yeah, Jeff's whole life is a series of just kinda being there. Which he's usually ok with. He just loves playing in his band, and is happy when the trouble the others get into just blows past him. Although he may be realizing that Krysa is way out of his league.

Yeah, she's like the opposite of Jeff. Everything she does just comes across as cool. Delia actually doesn't like her, and thinks she's too aloof. But she's actually super intimidated by Delia, and her awkward quiet instead comes off as a casual detached cool. But this is the 1st time they really start getting along, and they may end up pretty good friends.

Murder Friend is now Koda's new nickname. Officially canon. Living in the slums, and coming from the backgrounds they have, all of the Dog's Warf crew have seen some horrors. Krysa is unshockable, Lorelei is dead herself, and both of the royals have seen the war with the Blight 1st hand. Abel and Berlin are probably the most shockable of the group. And of course Jeff.
And totally Thorne for short, although only Delia calls her Apple.

Yeah, their romance might be a bit twisted. She's definitely gotten a bit callous, although he was trying very hard to hide that corpse. She might have been letting him think he did a better job than he did.
