I don't think this is the first attempt at Kingpin, but looks pretty good.

Looks like he's going to be a big figure. Wonder if they're going to use the juggernaut or collossus type body. Probably look better with a bit more padding around the abdomen. Looks ok  in front, but looks tapered in back. I still associate kingpin in a white suit whenever i think of the character though. I think this is from the ps4 game? If so, the headsculpt is close but there's something off from the game avatar. I think maybe the eyebrows are not as pointed in game.
