Yikes! You should really wear a better respirator (if you can find one) when doing that kind of work, Christine. Love that first pic — he looks grumpy as hell.

Oh I know, alas I don’t have one! Usually I just stick to a hacksaw and wet/dry sandpaper for most work and am very mindful of the dust, but I needed to carve off a lot of sculpted hair here so I used the dremel. I didn’t expect quite that much fallout though! XD If I need to do it again I’ll rig up some kind of box with the vacuum connected up to it so any dust gets immediately sucked away.

He looks like he’s in a torture dungeon. LOL! But really he’s just chilling… Waiting For his head I guess.

Christine, if You like a hint form a smarty-pants ? place the open end of the hose of a vacuum cleaner next to the point You are working and turn it on. I use the same trick by drill holes in a wall at home. One hand the drill machine other the Vacuum cleaner hose.
