shootung of a crime scene - update june 12th

I started a photo project in 2021, but didn't end it. It documents the shooting of a police TV series, called 'LAPD 16'.
This is the crime scene. A few follwing photos will be posted later.

Oh I love this! Such a different take on the genre, and I love seeing all the reused bits and pieces for the props like the shelving and the camera tripod!

First, respect for getting so many figures standing and walking around! It will be an expensive episode or movie, looking at all the stars. (And thanks Jake Gyllenhaal for helping with the sound)
It's surreal that in almost every fictional media we see on screen, there is that large crew in the background with all that tech etc.

If I remember right, it's not the first time your Scarlett Policewoman is calming a murder witnesses?

My favourite ones are the two with the safety overalls, very stylish and professional looking.

Wow, this is absolutely fantastic! I love this 'story within a story', and you have conveyed it all so well. Such a unique concept for a photo series. And your figure collection is extensive enough you have the ability to 'cast' it so perfectly. The logistics of this must have been intense...can't imagine how much time and concentration it must have taken to pull this off!

So your crime scene was "just" a TV one? Nice twist. Beautiful work, from the apartment diorama, to the actors, to the crew.

Pretty amazing setup all around. So many details to look at. Looks like a real movie/TV set. Nicely done.

Now the rest of the scenes - without the film crew and using simple backdrops. In fact I was not keen on building more dioramas for one simple reason: I have got no space for them.

Fun and effective sequence, especially the chase sequence under the bridge!

The simple backdrops still work very well. And it is completely understandable that even if one had time to create elaborate 3D dioramas, one would quickly run out of room for them.

Awesome photostory! I loved it! the movie/serie shooting is utterly cool and feels very realistic, the "crowded" effect is awesome, and so are the outfits and props!!!
