Hey folks!

Back again. It was a scorcher the other day so we hit up a local beach, naturally, I grabbed a figure.

Usually when I do outdoor shoots I've got some music going, and this time it was some Colter Wall, which helped kind of set the tone for these.

Very, very cool. The music does indeed set the tone. Love outdoor pics (wish I had someplace to do this). Awesome figure too; is that a Donald Sutherland head sculpt?

Beautiful, I think 1/6 god designed this place exactly for this purpose, even put little 1/6 pinecones there. First pic looks like he just left a dark place, into the sunlight again.

Thanks a lot guys!
Yeah that's a Donald Sutherland head, it's about due for another repaint actually...

There's such a goldmine of little photo places amongst these rocks that work on so many scales.

Your outdoor photography is always beautiful and interesting. Especially with realistic heads, one is often liable to forget they are looking at toys/collectibles.

You just can’t beat shooting outdoors, especially somewhere like that where the scale matches so well!

Thanks guys Smile

I do love being able to fool people into thinking they're looking at real people instead of toys, feels great when you can pull it off successfully.

Fun series of pics, hiding out in the rocks like in an old western movie!

I really like the pic of JarJar wading through the tidepool among the seaweed! Excellent use of the JarJar fig!

Your location says New Brunswick; so that's not exactly warm water, then? Shocked

Heh yeah the water does get pretty darn cold. It's funny, it can be scorching on the beach, but absolutely frigid in the surf.
