What the hell is that based on?

It’s The Rhino from the closing credits scene of the last Andrew Garfield Spider-Man movie.

A couple of artsty fartsy pics are nice be we also need some clean photos with an uncluttered background so can actually see what we are getting.

This does look pretty awesome, but I couldn't shake the feeling it was not a photo of the actual prototype but rather a computer graphic. Too bad it only has a decorative human bust as opposed to an actual figure inside.
