What kind of uproar would there be if a Marvel movie showed a woman being chained up, stripped naked in public, and ridiculed?

I'm all for new bodies, although this is not a properly seamless one. It does look a approximately accurate to the actual fat suit used in Endgame (I haven't seen this new film). But the head, apart from the mediocre likeness, seems to be no fuller than usual, just with a very full beard.
