I don't know it for sure, but I doubt it is official. The official release would mention Oppenheimer explicitly.

Looks recognizable from some angles, but the likeness is not exactly there.

Now I want a 1/12 scale version.

I can see Cillian in it, but haven't watched the source movie. Some interesting accessories.
