Both have nice attention to detail but I question why these two would be chosen to model as opposed to all the other chairs on the market. The first one is absolutely hideous. Looks like a prison for a toddler and the vertical high back would make it extremely uncomfortable to sit it. Interior designers need to quit their job if they think that this is a good idea. The second one looks like it is meant to be a rocking chair. I can see how this might function in the full-sized version but I'm not sure how it would translate to 1:6.

I think Dan is right, although if the price is right I will be tempted to get the second one, and maybe even the first one.
