Not sure about what it's based on. Could just be a "typical" Guard Tower. But, yes, indeed, this is awesome. Too bad I don't really have a need for it. But, I would think either ReverendSpooky or PhotogsBlog might...

I saw this on a group and I believe it's a tower from Metal Gear Solid 5 someone said? I played the game quite a while ago so I don't remember. Also there was a picture floating around with a person next to it and it was about his height haha so definitely large. Also 33kgs! Shipping will be expensive for that. Looks super cool though

I seriously respect the ambition of this, and it's well and interestingly detailed, but seriously I cannot imagine who could possibly have room for something like this.

Worse, by the very nature of what it is, you couldn't use it in some corner or between other items, as it only looks right with lots of empty space around it. Basically it needs its own half of a room. Even weirder at 1920 mm height (ie 6'3") most of us wouldn't even be able to look at the house part (which is the most interesting part) without a footstool. Brave but WWTT. For a store window or museum, maybe.

All of these comments make a lot of sense. I have the feeling that it could be stuck in a corner, but that would be out of the desire to store it without sacrificing much space rather than actually display. Perhaps if this were more modular in the sense that it could be easily put together in full or in part ... then it might be easier to accommodate.

Wow! Too much real estate needed! I think anyone who might collect this, would go for a complete setup: barb-wired fence, vehicles, sand bags, etc...!

That IS really cool. Hell, I could even use this for my Beth and Daryl figures (it even fits into a storyline I made up for them), but as others have said... it's just way too big! lol. Too tall, as well, to be practical. For someone who had the space it would be great. As it is, I can't even fit a 1/6 vehicle into my display area, so no chance of anything else. ;p

My god, I want this beast so bad. Seriously, if it's under a grand, I'm genuinely considering. Has anyone seen it up anywhere yet? Although considering I'm still having issues getting my elevator, I'd be a bit nervous even trying to get this one.

I reached out a few times to the seller on Alibaba to see if they had in stock, and were shipping immediately, and they never responded. Definitely not someone I felt confident ordering from, and even they're showing as sold out now. The ebay seller I ordered from still claims that their supplier has delayed the release time again, and guarantee that once they receive, they will send out as soon as possible.

Part of the problem is, I just don't know who is right. I had contacted some other ebay sellers a few months back, who claimed they had in stock, and were shipping, but they could have just as easily been lying to get me to buy (they were significantly more expensive too). I haven't seen any pictures of these in hand, so I really don't know if they actually did release or not, or if the seller I bought from is telling the truth, and these really just aren't out yet.

For now I think I may stay the course, and hope it comes through eventually. I know if I do cancel, I'll probably not be able to get elsewhere, and I really do want it.

I REALLY want to order this tower, but I don't want to end up in this situation all over again, over an even MORE expensive piece. So conflicted!

I hope that all works out, Adam. It would be awesome to see what you do with that elevator.
