Hi all, it's been awhile and finally got around to shooting pics of this figure. It's a very good figure, but it did have some things that just irked me and needed fixing.
Head sculpt is definitely very nicely done.

Now here's what irked me about this figure. Glue... lots of it. All the metal pieces were threaded and glued to the straps. The metal shoulder guard had a patch of material with elastic string threaded through glued to it. The elastic stings were then tied into a knot and all those loose ends were just left dangling and hanging around (I cut and trimmed them, will apply a small dab of glue to keep the knot in place or think of another method to strap the shoulder guard on). The front piece of the upper bodice had the string glued together as well. That made taking the clothing off a pain. The amount of string they used was insufficient to keep it in place as you took it off. You needed to unthread the entire thing and rethread putting it back on. But the strands used were all frayed at the ends, which means I needed to trim the frayed ends off, apply some beeswax to the ends to prevent fraying and rethread. Yeah, that didn't happen as they didn't give me the length I needed to do even that. The glue they used also couldn't hold the strap to the metal guards. Mine came with two of the guards completely undone with the wear on the straps already.
Straps that were glued to the guards. They came undone and removing the glue was time consuming. It was a sticky, gummy residue.

After snipping off the threads, removing the glue residue and experimenting with C-Lon bead cord...

Interesting enough, I think it worked well for the most part. I like it better now than when I pulled it out of the box. LOL

Here's a poor pic of when I pulled it out of the box with 2 of the guards that came off inside the box. Also sent this pic to the shop about the issue. It's original look...
