Saw this in a shop a few days ago and wondered how this old figure ended up there. Glad Asmus is rereleasing things, as this one was unreal expensive on the secondary market.

I was waiting for the discussion to start rolling whether the sculpt's accuracy is off...

For $150 shipped, I had to get this guy. I only have one other pic so far, so this will be a nice addition. The original figure was first announced back in 2013, by the way.

Ok so this is beautiful man is the new standard for male bodies.

Looks good but isn't tall enough. In the movie the character is 1.93m tall so at 1:6 scale it should be 32cm.

I can't be bothered to check against the pictures of the original costume, but it looks pretty nicely done to me. If I were to pick this up (I've been pretty selective as to what to pick up from this line, not aiming at completion), I would appreciate both that they re-released the figure for those who missed out on it the first time, and for keeping the price relatively low (compared to what high end sets more and more often cost these days). And the original character aside, someone like Ephiane or Ovy could do so much more with a character like this if it comes to kitbashing and customizing. So good on Asmus!

I like the fact they are rereleasing some of the figures but I've never been impressed with the movie adaptation of the orcs my feeling is they should have been more traditional goblin like or at least more bestial than malformed

Oh man so sorry for your arm/hand! The black nails look kinda cool though. I just imagine him with the long blonde Dart Stryker wig.

Well I will definitely go the cheaper route when it comes to that, but thanks for thinking of us! Btw I miss shovelchop.
