Xiang Yu (originally Xiang Ji) lived c. 232-202 BC and became the "superior king" (bawang) of Western Chu (Xi Chu) during the period of warfare between the fall of the Qin Dynasty in 206 BC and the triumph of the Han Dynasty in 202 BC. After a long struggle, he was eventually defeated by the first Han emperor and committed suicide.

Everything looks remarkably good -- from the heads to the armor to the accessories and diorama pieces. And if he can really lift that piece of furniture and hold it on his own...
