I absolutely love Ovy's creativity in using the child body and his breathtaking outdoor shots so by comparison, nothing fancy here  tongue
My take on what a Viking child would look like spending his days dreaming of one day becoming a fierce warrior !
Everything was scratchbuilt, painted and sewn.

Excellent work! And very impressive. I know that grunge is in and makes for some very convincing looks, but we often forget just how bright the colors and how (potentially) clean the clothes of real medieval people could be. Thanks for reminding us.

How adorable! He looks so pleased with his wooden sword and shield, bless him. :'D

And the outfit is just so nicely made, everything is so well tailored and put together. The little boots are a particular stand-out. Very nice job!

Very nice. I admire how you made all these great custom clothes.

Having recently made my first pair of leather barbarian boots from scratch, I wonder what material you used as soles for your viking boots? I used cardboard-supported EVA foam, but that is definitively not the best material for this purpose...

Very nice! The wooden sword and shield remind me on the medieval markets here, where they sell stuff like that for kids Smile

Wheew awesome! The boots and the bag are my favourite parts, and that little sword! And you used the "two rings in a leatherstrap belt" method?
Funny, I just worked on my old roundshield yesterday. It's for a character that could very well be Snøfnugg's mum oder big sister.

And thanks so much for mentioning me, haha. Did you use the Mr Z Child body or another one? I didn't use the Mr Z., the one I used was a bit smaller from a weird Wolverine Kid figure.

Personally I use leather for the soles, with the rough side to the floor for better stability. For stiffening some glue helps.

Really great work on the clothing, specially those shoes. The wooden sword and shield is a nice lovely touch, probably made by his father as a gift. Color is something that is always welcome on figures like this.

That is excellent. You always make some of the coolest dioramas; and not the typical things we see. I like the new female character. Awesome stuff.

You make SUCH amazing diorama bases! And they suit the figures perfectly. Beautifully presented.

Fantastic again. I really love to see fresh ideas. Concepts of sets and characters i´ve never seen before in 1:6. Teen vikings train little vikings. Puh, can´t say witch one is my favorite. Really hard. They are both amazing. The pose of the Bow Girl is outstanding. She awaits to see the hit of her arrow who´s on his way. I always search for that kind of Headsculpts. With the face app You can give her a smile. So You have a Head with two expressions. Aggressive and happy.

Yay, first thought Ephiane was just revisiting another of your threads, but there is also new content for Snøfnugg!
Beautiful ugly dummy, he has seen many little warriors come and go it seems.

Cool to see that other character moving in, those fur boots are great and archer/hunter is a fitting profession for that expression face. I like the fingerless gloves.

Some time ago I got that Wolverine kid too, but didn't build much out of her yet, but here is an old pic. The expression changes a lot actually if you hide the eyebrows with a cap, for a more neutral look. But don't have pictures of that atm.

Very impressive on so many different angles.  Smile
- The diorama base is such a great idea and execution I absolutely love it!
- But not only that the posings are excellent and make a great deal why it also works so well. I especially love the first three pics.
And last but not least the photography is also good, the backgroudn light is great in combination with the whole thing
