Might be good if you are into Street Fighters and want a Dio piece for Vega. But it is not like you couldn't do it with common materials too

I like that they are thinking more of bases and backgrounds, although this is not something I'm likely to go after.

I usually like these generic diorama accessories but it doesn't look much like chain-link fencing and there are much better 1:6 steel drums on the market.
