I think a lot of likeness inaccuracies isn’t so much that the person is “hard to capture” as much as the artists tend to not be willing to (or maybe they are contractually obligated — from the licensor or the personality) to not add in the “imperfections” no matter how small (or big). It happens A LOT with the “hot chicks”, as very few seem willing to admit that even the most beautiful among us mere mortals have differences from one side of their face to the other, or that they may have a crooked mouth, one eye slightly lower than the other, an imperfect nose, etc.. Aside from a JNIX custom head sculpt of Harrison Ford, not one of the official Hot Toys heads looks anything like him because of the very things that give him his personality (crooked mouth, one side of his lips are thinner than the others, crooked nose, though they have added his trademark scar).
