Why do these lions always come with braided hair??

I've been waiting for a lioness head. Oh well.

They have some great animal heads, but it would be nice if they made some of them for ball-jointed female bodies as well as standard-joint male necks. I know there are conversion pieces, but sometimes the results are less than desired.

This head is a little on the comic-like side. Mostoys' other animal heads looked much more realistic. Still, this lion head could be used to bash a proper Kilrathi pilot from the Wing Commander video game series...  

I’m actually digging this. Anyone remember the Flash Gordon cartoon series from the 80s? It had a Lion Man hybrid that would work great to make with this.

Yes, this is more stylized than usual. They (or someone else) did make a fairly realistic pair of lion and lion cub heads for human bodies.

Mine showed up yesterday. Looks good -- just like the promo pics. Now to figure out what to do with it.
