Just speculating though.
The accessories and details are great as always. Love the longer coat.
McAllen'sFinest wrote:Yes they are both 100% the same company I still collect most of the DiD figures and sometimes pick up the odd 3R figure here and there although I only get their actual Military generals and not the big time 3R leadership figures but, they come in the same packaging and all. I still firmly believe that no other company puts as much love and detail into their figures like Did/3R does and for the price they mostly go for are excellent deals.

Unfortunately, only the insignia have been peel and stick. None of the metal stuff on the two latest uniforms that I have to work with have any sort of pin fastener — it’s just flat metal sadly.
Stryker2011 wrote:The latest DiD figure that I received (Colonel Mackenzie) is like that — only the patches have peel and stick, none of the metal parts have any way to attach them. It really pisses me off. If they aren’t going to give you tips on how to attach this stuff, then it needs to be done at the factory level — no exception. I can’t remember the name of the figure (General Frank? Ed Harris from The Rock) that I bought years ago, and it’s still in the box due to the unwieldy medals that have no way to attach correctly without looking ridiculous (and no indication how to do it). Frustrating doesn’t even begin to cover it. I think I’m done buying these military figures.

Not sure if you're aware but DiD does tutorial videos for all their newest figures....
Herr Flick wrote:I found a very good double sided clear tape to attach medals etc. on my DID figures, just have to cut it finely to shape and apply it. Havnt had anything fall off in years. It is surprising though that modern figures dont come pre attached, I can only think its to give us more options.
