E&S are among the best at modern military sets. This one is loaded, and part of a whole series of these (just got a parted-out head from one of them). Is it just me, or is this one based on Ewen McGregor? With this hair he could almost spot trains. Wink

I'm glad I occasionally get one right... it usually takes me someone else to point it out. Smile

I saw this on Facebook yesterday when OSK posted link to the pre-order. I love it. I missed out on the RRW figures they did from 75th, so this one will be perfect and it’s so refreshing and nice to get a regular grunt short back and sides, clean shaven sculpt! Really does come loaded and I agree, E&S are THE best at modern military sets. Think OSK had pre-order at $220

My only issue is that I can’t seem to find any ref pics of rangers or anyone wearing multicam like this….as in looks too green to me. Can anyone point me in right direction please?

Thats most likely not MultiCam, but the earlier produced Scorpion pattern that became standard issue recently. Scoprion pattern was developed out of MultiCam by the NATICK Labs so that the US Army had its own pattern to test. That was during the trails that resulted in the ACU becoming standard, but the ACU Pattern was found to be inadequate for Afghanistan, so in 2009, the MultiCam pattern was issued for that Theater, but it was also decided to phase out the ACU for a new pattern. The Pentagon got directives to replace it with a pattern that was already in the supply lines, so the Scorpion pattern it was.

E&S has made a few figures in that setup already, even going so far to make figures in different MultiCam/Scorpion pattern shades, like there is an Arid variant now, as well as a Jungle version and one for nigh operations. Anyway, what I was trying to say is, if you get the other figures from that series, you can fill out more than a Squad.

Yeah very true. I knew wasn’t first one they’ve made in this camo, but not really been interested until this one lol. But good shout, I’ll go searching for other parts to make up the squad Smile I did like the arid one too

I also found more pics, of the L9 NTS which shows it is, as usual, perfect representation by E&S…seems it’s called the Patagonia

I feel like E&S Multicamesk uniforms are still too light, especially after the last DAM DEA figure came out with a Multicam that looked really good.
