When I first saw this, I said, I have that head!

I think it's a Gactoys head. At least it's very similar and probably recast. GAC 19 maybe?

So is this Cap's new romantic interest, or a new look for Peggy, or Cap himself (now herself) after a sex change? Jokes aside, looks like a nice enough set.

I think this is just another of those gender-flip deals.

I know, I know. I was just joking, and maybe trying to make it just a little bit more interesting than that (which is really not very inventive).

It's kind of weird how none of these female Caps attempt a mask or helmet -- neither the straight gender-swap versions like this one, nor Captain Carter who has a lot of alternate versions, but all of them go unmasked. There's no problem with masked super-heroines generally but maybe just something about the flag mask doesn't work in female terms?

Probably not as "sexy" in the eyes of the makers if you cover up their face...?

Hehe true. Although , the final product of that GAC head didn't have as intense lipstick and mascara as the pics. I just had an afterthought, is Gactoys SWtoys? hmmmmmmmm.

not at all the best version of female cap. not a fan of the cropped outfit look that so many cosplayers do with certain characters like this.

I agree. The cropped top put me off immediately even though I think female versions of traditionally male heroes are fun in general. I doubt it’s a coincidence that the face and ponytail immediately bring to mind the comic book version of Sharon Carter (who is the on-again/off-again love of Cap’s life in the comics.)

For me, the job of the female Cap is already taken by Peggy Carter...
