Haha I'm a fan of gantz, the manga this is from, but anyone want the real full body costume, not this stripper version?

Of course a full body costume would be better. I suppose if someone wanted to look at the underwear, they can just remove the top layers.

I recognize the weapons but oh my lord, what have they done to their protective suits lol! How are they gonna survive attacks from monsters and aliens haha! It's like Iron Man with just the helmet and boots lol!

the good point with that release is without a body all this can fit in a super tiny box lmao

The weapons and the boots (at least the part at the ankle and below) are the best parts of those sets.

The quality of items in the Mr Toys sets is, in itself, usually quite good, although sometimes one might feel the need to add a little more weathering or other detail. However, judging by the Planet Princess (Hutt-slayer Leia) release, you simply cannot allow yourself to imagine these head sculpts would turn out just like what you see here. There is a big chance they won't.

I would use these as accessory sets. Use the top, boots and gear on a body with a tight black, jumpsuit or I saw someone that used Plastic Dip on a TBL body. Would put you pretty close to the full suit from the anime.

This stripper version might be actually better, as there is little fear of staining the body, and collectors can choose other body types if the standard 10d is not their cup of tea. A full body suit has to use the designated body, or else won't fit, or fit ugly.

So is there a scene in the source material where they look like this, or is it solely the province of toys and statues? I've seen this look numerous times over the years and it's never not funny, lol, but looking up Gantz it's just a standard Agent/Widow/Catwoman style suit.

It's sort of official in a strange way. In the manga the official actual scenes of the story are full body, but the author/artist will have these stripper versions as little add on pictures in between chapters.

I'm with Gube here, if you're getting this for the accessorries, they should be good, but don't expect the same quality with the headsculpt for final production =/

The osaka mission were chapters 237 to 280 of the manga, and anzu was introduced, and sacrificed herself within that mission. As for Reika, she sacrificed herself towards the ending of the series.

Honestly, i prefer them fully clothed, and in battle mode, serious facial expressions.
