I'm not familiar with the source but it looks pretty nice, and a relatively novel character.

Wait, is this a reissue or something?

It's based on the the late Leslie Cheung from the movie of the same name from the 80s, Ian. I think they made 2 versions of this (2nd was an updated headsculpt) which this looks very much like the 2nd version. The lamp lights up. Story is about a tax collector and he falls in love with a ghost.
