Ah, must from one of those leather nazi zombie dystopian works of fiction... Certainly more striking than Cate Blanchett in Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (well, she had a sword too, and totalitarian is totalitarian).

I think it’s supposed to be a female version of that character from the first Hellboy movie with Ron Pearlman.
