This has got to be my favorite Ashley Wood design, so far. As for the figure, looks beautifully done, except that it really could have used a seamless body (or at least arm/arms).

Reissue of the first DePlume Threea, UV version.
I have 3 of these N.O.Ms (version 3A)... but I much prefer the Grunts versions that had been offered in recent years.
No purchase for me for this version.

While i am not sure what to make of the look of the character, i do like the level of weathering, and the rusty helmet.
