Oh... so an update of the Alka-Seltzer mascot?

I've stopped following this universe so I don't know who this is, but the figure looks good. 
No unmasked head though. Shame.

Uh oh here comes the DC police LOL... Speedy and Kid Flash are two different DC characters
in the Teen Titans.
Speedy is Roy Harper aka Arsenal, Red Arrow, the archer sidekick of Green Arrow.

Another impressive TV-accurate figure from SooSooToys, though I wonder how long that leatherette costume will hold up...

Hehe, well, in the Arrow series Oliver Queen calls his kid sister "Speedy" so for me that name is tied to her.
