Yes, it seems to be a reissue. I've bought this figure 2 years ago. That said, it might be the official western release, while the figure has been available in China for some time.

Suspected re-issue since my local distri only got it in last week. And for the price I paid, i am astonished because the value-for-money is there. Packaging is magnetic, and very well done, it even come with postcard, and a leaflet showing the character's drawing in the animation production.

In summary: Body is via Tbleague, and seems customed to me.... I probably will inspect it in the morning instead of night like now.
