We don't want to alarm you, but something very sinister is going on! Thankfully, if anything's afoot in Cabot Cove, you can always count on Jessica Fletcher to get to the bottom of it. The iconic mystery writer/amateur detective from Murder, She Wrote is now a NECA action figure ready to solve crimes with you! This fully articulated 8-inch figure is dressed in tailored soft goods clothing similar to the iconic toy lines of the 1970s. She comes with interchangeable expressions, interchangeable sweater, jacket, scarf, handbag, flashlight, typewriter, and her book The Corpse Danced at Midnight! Window box packaging.

Cute, but a bit exaggerated. Poor Angela Lansbury. I know this is what most people remember her from, but I recall her from her younger days (like The Picture of Dorian Gray).

You know that I have a weakness for exactly these characters. She is perfect exactly the way she is.

But OK, we all want a portrait of ourselves in the basement like Dorian Gray had. Wink She was a real beauty.

The two facial expressions would be perfect for a little detective story. Unfortunately, I think she is on a scale of 1:9 and it will be difficult to find figures that match her.

Ooh, I love Angela Lansbury. Admittedly, mostly from Murder, She Wrote, but also Death on the Nile. She was indeed beautiful in her youth, and an interesting beauty -- look at the size of those eyes! Portraits of women of a certain mature age are few and far between in our scale (or any scale, really), so I wish they made some more realistic sixth-scale versions. This is fine, but cartoonish, and Ephiane is right that the scale is a little unusual, limiting the usefulness of this product.
