Haha I'd love to give it a try, I still need to build a decent female german outfit for Miss Schneider, and I miss good headsculpts to portray Donovan and the nazi colonel...

Here is a new edit I did last night, not sure it really fits the "look what I made" category as it mainly digital editing, but still!

Hope you'll like!

These are just too brilliant! And GREAT choices with all the scenes you picked to recreate!

I keep meaning to say that your userpic is perfection -- sexy professor, my fave, haha.  My biggest childhood crushes are Harrison Ford as Han Solo and...Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones. ;D

And when I saw the title of this thread, I immediately thought 'WHICH Dr. Jones??'  so it tickled me to see that you did indeed have both of them there. :'D

@blackpool I was wondering where your awesome avatar came from! So glad @skywalkersaga dug up this thread.  I agree with him, great backgrounds!

I wonder if anyone uses Action Figures to create their storyboards.  They'd easily put the artists out of work, so maybe best they don't notice how good it looks! LOL

I'm really sorry I missed these posts friends, thanks a lot for the kind words on my avatar! I might redo that sequence better, the suit is not great, and the background was very poor as well lol

You just gave me the mojo to shoot him again in his classroom! Thanks a lot!

These are awesome. The only critique I'd have and it's a very minor one, but certainly one known to anyone who like me, wears a fedora regularly, is that no-one in that day would have put his hat down on it's brim. This can deform the brim. They were always turned over and put down on their crown. This being said, I never paid attention to this detail while watching the movies and only a crusty old purist fedora wearer like me would likely know this.

Having made my one and only critique, the pics are just excellent and fun to look at. I hope to see more of the intrepid Dr. Jones from you in the future.

Here is what I shot after watching again the Raiders of the lost ark, hope you'll like!

Excellent! I love it. Looks like a beautiful screen cap from a real film. And you even managed to get some light in the eyes in the last one (a difficulty with the PERS head sculpt), while going for moody realism in the first two.

Thanks my friend! I indeed had a good dose of fun with him this summer he was gentle enough to comply to all my stupid ideas haha!

skywalkersaga wrote:Those are awesome! And leave it to a true 1/6 enthusiast to bring their toys on vacation... Wink

Thanks! As I live in Paris there are very little "outdoor" options besides forests and fields, and the weather is not great so it's been a few years I bring some figures to more exotic locations, last year I finally brought some 1/6, this year I brought my first hot toys lol

Thanks my friend! Actually I was lucky with the sun, I shot him in the afternoon but stayed a bit longer to catch the sunset, and it gave that very cool and low light, perfect to reveal his eyes!

Haha then mission accomplished! Getting old I would say Indiana Jones movies engraved my popculture more than any other franchise, even star wars (and I do love star wars!)

One more from this summer, had a spare shirt from a rick grimes, after a few scissors wild cuts, it makes a decent temple of the doom version!
