Again, maybe not the best likeness, but I guess would be good place to start for a kitbash of the character...

I agree, not a perfect likeness but looks like a decent necked sculpt.

A character like Mike really needs a sculpted characteristic neck.

The head could also be used for a John Malkovic or Siegmund Freud Cosplay.

I wonder if they will do a "Law Brother Hank" or "Mineral Collector Policeman" or something.

Looked it up (don't watch the show) and yes, not the best likeness, although otherwise pretty decent.
