Despite all the goofing around, they seem to do a pretty clean job in the end.

That does look like a lot of work! That's quite a pile of plywood! I'm feeling tired just looking at it!

Glad I'm not in the army!

That’s a lot of work. Are these guys in Basic Training? If not, an NCO is never called “Sir”. The proper thing would be to say, “Yes, Gunnery Sgt.” If they are in Basic, never mind — calling them “Sir” would be expected as per training.

Well looks like they can do it!

Great start, wonder if Pockets will be able to weasel his way through this without using a hand. Maybe he can move stuff around with the feet.

Looks like the boys are hard at work, and Sarge is keeping his eyes on them! Let's hope they can pull it off!! Great work chip

OMG ! Love every single character. So funny. The Sarge is my favourite. Maybe a cigarr in his corner at the mouth ? Or a whistle ? some sweat stains at the shirts with water ?

That's going to be one big shack, I hope the sarge ends up liking it.

The absurd hilarity continues, but actually these guys have some skills!   That finished frame/wall looks great; I guess it helps to have small hands working on these, huh? 

And yes, I agree with Stryker (although I never had the honor of serving), calling an NCO "sir" seems a sure recipe for getting on said NCO's bad side!

Thanks for the comments everyone . I was only aware recently that Gunnies don`t like being called sir if not training new recruits . I was not overly concerned with any particular realism in their story , and just included the figures as fun part of showing the build . The Comic photos take longer than building it I think .

So much fun here, loved it! And I can't wait to see that shack, cause indeed those guys have some skills once you give them the proper tools!
