Is that Shovelchop's witch king before alterations? The choice of head and hands really helps visualize this on a regular figure... not. Looks pretty nice, and VorToys' products have turned out nicely often enough in the past.

I get the impression by their choice of head that this outfit is meant to be used for a character such as Black Mask — in the comics (at least the old ones), it was just a hood — but I’ve seen it represented as a black skull in later versions (Ewan McGregor wore a similar black skull mask in Birds of Prey).

The white one looks like the definitive Black Mask bash.
Perfect use of the HT Red Skull head.
