Little scenes in the snow

A nice Backdrop, some artificial snow and of course the actual weather inspired me to create some little scenes in the snow.

This is the first one:

Very nice work. Love it. Perhaps in a perfect world they will get gloves for the next installment. But they seem happy enough as it is.

Well, still beautifully done and humorous, but not quite as cute as the first installment -- sorry, had to turn photo 8 into a link. Making a sixth-scale Santa is a bit of a challenge. Yours, for example, still had his dark beard (I covered mine's facial hair, including eyebrows, with bits of cotton stuck on sticky putty). Sometimes the Santa outfit needs to be padded with cotton balls or other stuff in order to give him a jolly size and shape; actually some of this might help a little with the legs. In mine, even padding doesn't quite make him jolly enough.

In fact it is no Santa costume at all but only a cheap wine bottle decoration. That is the reason that there are no pants. Turning pic 8 into a link is ok.

That was hilarious! I love me some drunk-@$$ Santa. Cara sure is brave wearing that short skirt and those high heels in what looks like a serious Winter storm.

Agreed. But in that short skirt, she must have gotten more than a little uncomfortably wet.

Really nice photo series, very good use of that lovely backdrop. The fake snow is effective!

My fave sequence is the one with the dog, very cute and relatable (for me, as someone who has to walk my dog rain or shine, lol). ;p

Very nice sequence. One would think that a Russian weatherwoman would not mind a little wind and snow. Speaking of which, that is the one thing your effects could not simulate -- snow carried at speed by the wind -- but everything else worked so well it is hardly noticeable.

The wife and I love that movie — it’s one of my favorite Christmas movies.

You are doing such cool scenes with lotta equipment and little details. Much more patience than I have right now for photographing scenes.

I'm not quite sure exactly what happened, but the quiet interaction, rabbit, and smiling faces on their way home make it a very pleasant scene.
