Elf invasion! YMT and Super Duck announcing new elf sculpts at the same time. YMT in suntan and SD in pale. I wonder if they coordinate this stuff. Though in reality the YMs will release in a month or 2 while the SD won't be out for years.

Plus the second YM version, with the more intense stare, is better than either the SD or the 1st version by YM with its sad look.

The last time this many elves showed up all at once, the Uruks were invading Helms Deep! Lol.

Nice looking promos, but my faith in YM's ability to produce the same quality in real life, is no longer existent.

Weird that two companies released elf heads at the same time, with the same hair colors.

In any case I think I might get the intense stare version, but I'll have to repaint it since I'm not really a fan of head sculpts with the eyes looking off in one direction.

Well I think the second one with the black hair really has character. Gladly/Sadly I don't buy elves.

Maybe Randam should get some for Witcher bashes.

I really like the first short haired brunette but she looks so sad!
They’re stylised but not as anime inspired as other elven heads I’ve seen before, which I like.

I love these. 15 years ago I'd have been all over these!

I like the one with the long dark hair draped over one side. I appreciate the side glance very much and am happy that the previous one must have sold enough for them to give it another go.

The side glance will make any group arrangement look more dynamic and believable.

I couldn't have said it better. I agree completely. I am not really in the business of collecting elves (I've got one elf head and that's it... oh wait... I guess I have a three more from LOTR), but I might look into a couple of these. The shorter haired brunette is most interesting to me, though I supposed the long golden haired one is most classic.

I overlooked that these come with human ears, which of course opens up more options. I don't like how the ears look in the previous YM elf though, so it would have to be a style that hides the ears well. I'm leaning towards the side glancing grey one, in the hopes that I could RitDye the hair to a greyish dark brown...

I kind of wish they had movable eyes instead.
